Tres Hombres Rum Ed. 57 Captain's Choice Mari-Galant Single Vintage 2017

This beautiful rhum agricole, originally from the island of Marie-Galante, is made from pure sugar cane at the Distillerie Poisson and matured in a Bourbon barrel since 2017. 

To enhance the original spirit of the island, we used the same Bourbon barrel for this Père Labat Single Vintage rhum and then made the long journey across the ocean. The wealth of flavors of this island welcomes you in this very limited edition stone jar. We are proud of this fantastic Captain's Choice rum! 

Origin and distillation

Fresh sugarcane, endless sunshine and vintage working methods make this exceptional agricole rhum shine in the Tres Hombres line. Distilled from locally grown sugarcane juice and fermented with naturally grown yeast, this delicious rum was loaded on board in Marie-Galante in 2022 before leaving further maturation to the Tres Hombres. The long journey across the ocean adds to the special Bourbon flavour of this rum.

Design 

The design of this special bottle was made by one of the crew members. The beautiful drawing represents the work of the figurehead of the Tres Hombres.

Bottling

The rum of this Captain's Choice selection was bottled entirely by Stokerij Amsterdam with the help of the Tres Hombres team.
