Sail-shipped Rosemary Honey

This Portuguese Rosemary Honey has been sail-shipped back to the Netherlands. 

It comes from the region of Trás-os-Montes, a magnificent location that has always had strong traditions linked to beekeeping. With a climate and soil that are conducive to the growth and development of a wide variety of vegetation, Éme Honey is unique in its caracteristics.

Rosemary, which in this region is found at an altitude of around 400 metres, blooms spontaneously between February and June. Rosemary produces a honey with a lighter colour, a very mild flavour and an intense floral aroma, characteristic of the rosemary flower itself.
