Firstly, matured in a bourbon cask before spending time in peat then virgin oak, all imparting beatiful balance, colour and 'interesting' complex layers of toffee, spice and lemon balm flavours, charmingly captured in the potable cask strength intensity.

This Whiskey has been carefully sailshipped from Ireland to the Netherlands with the sailing cargo ship Lun II.
