French White wine "Pablo est au Bar"

"Pablo est au Bar" is a french white wine that is vinified and bottled by P. Delmée. 

Philippe Delmee makes his 'Pablo est au Bar' wine using Chenin Blanc grapes in Anjou, Loire. 

Tasting notes: 

This natural white wine is fresh in taste but in the same time very complex. It has a medium body and that much loved Chenin texture. Orchard and citrus fruit is complimented by a smokey, mineral quality.

Best served with food.  

Winemaking:

Organic Chenin Blanc grapes were hand harvested and underwent direct press before fermentation with indigenous yeast. They have been aged one year in old barrels before being bottled with no filtration, fining or added sulphur.  

Notes on the Winemaker: 

Philippe Delmee is situated in Anjou where he works with the famous varieties of the region, Cabernet Franc and Chenin Blanc as well as some Grolleau and Pineau D'Aunis. He manages to find a balance between making more serious wines alongside gluggable, bistro style bottles.
