It is a red Cabarnet Franc, fresh and balanced with a possibility of aging.

The label is inspired by the French movie "Les Vieux de la Veille".

Notes on the winemaker: 

Philippe Delmee is situated in Anjou where he works with the famous varieties of the region, Cabernet Franc and Chenin Blanc as well as some Grolleau and Pineau D'Aunis. He manages to find a balance between making more serious wines alongside gluggable, bistro style bottles.
